These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by OC Advisory Hub, a brand of Unified Multitasking ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Onkar Chaurasia, having its registered office at Shop No. 20, First Floor, Nagar Palika Complex, Near Fabbara Chowk, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, Pin Code 471001. By engaging our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

OC Advisory Hub provides tax, registration, and compliance advisory services, including but not limited to:

• Individual, Partnership, Company, HUF, Society, and Trust Registration
• PAN, GST, EPF, ESIC, and Udyam Aadhar (MSME) Registration
• Shop & Establishment (Gumasta) Registration
• FSSAI, Central Excise, VAT, and Labour Registration
• Professional Tax Registration
• MP PWD Contractor Registration
• Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) services
• Accounting and bookkeeping
• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual GST returns
• EPF and ESIC compliance filings
• Income Tax Return (ITR) filing
• Handling of notices and appeals before tax and government authorities

2. Engagement of Services

Services are undertaken only upon confirmation of the scope of work and receipt of applicable fees as per Clause 3. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.

3. Fees and Payment

• All government fees, charges, security deposits, and our professional service fee are payable fully in advance, before commencement of work.
• Work will not begin until full payment has been received and confirmed.
• Fees quoted are specific to the scope of work agreed upon; any additional work beyond this scope will be charged separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely documents and information required for the services engaged. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or penalties arising from incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information provided by you.

5. Government Processing Timelines

Timelines for registrations, filings, approvals, or refunds are subject to the respective government department's processing schedules and are beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific completion dates for government-dependent processes.

6. Limitation of Liability

OC Advisory Hub shall not be held liable for losses arising from actions, delays, rejections, or decisions taken by government departments, banks, or other third-party authorities, provided our services were carried out with due diligence based on the information you supplied.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client documents and information as confidential and use them only for the purpose of the engaged service.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for detailed terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh.
