Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by OC Advisory Hub, a brand of Unified Multitasking, operated by Onkar Chaurasia, having its registered office at Shop No. 20, First Floor, Nagar Palika Complex, Near Fabbara Chowk, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, Pin Code 471001.

1. Advance Payment

All government fees, charges, security deposits, and our professional service fee are collected fully in advance, before any work is commenced on your engagement.

3. Government Fees, Charges, and Security Deposits

• Once government fees, charges, or statutory payments have been remitted to the relevant government department on your behalf, these amounts are non-refundable by OC Advisory Hub.
• Where a security deposit has been paid to a government department as part of your registration or contract (e.g., MP PWD Contractor Registration), any refund of that deposit must be claimed by the client directly from the concerned government department, as such refunds are processed and disbursed solely by that department, not by OC Advisory Hub.

4. Refund Timeline (Where Applicable)

In the rare event a refund is due from OC Advisory Hub (for example, if work has not yet commenced and the client formally requests a cancellation before start of work), the eligible amount will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date the refund is approved, subject to the terms in our Cancellation Policy.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund will be issued in the following situations:

• The service has already been delivered or the application/filing has already been submitted to the concerned authority
• Government fees, statutory charges, or security deposits have already been paid to the relevant department
• Delay or rejection occurred due to incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information/documents provided by the client
• The application was rejected by the government authority for reasons outside our control

Refund requests, where applicable under this policy, must be sent in writing to us at the contact details below, along with your engagement details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
