Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all services engaged through OC Advisory Hub, a brand of Unified Multitasking, operated by Onkar Chaurasia, having its registered office at Shop No. 20, First Floor, Nagar Palika Complex, Near Fabbara Chowk, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, Pin Code 471001.

1. Before Work Commences

If you wish to cancel a service after payment but before we have commenced any work (i.e., before any application, filing, or submission has been made to a government authority or third party), please notify us immediately in writing. In such cases, our professional service fee may be refunded at our discretion, after deducting any applicable transaction or administrative charges.

2. After Work Has Commenced

Once work has commenced — including but not limited to preparation and submission of applications, filings, registrations, or payment of government fees/security deposits on your behalf — the engagement cannot be cancelled, and no refund of the professional service fee will be provided.

3. Government Fees and Security Deposits

Cancellation of a service does not entitle the client to a refund of any government fees, charges, or security deposits already remitted to a government department. Such amounts, if refundable, must be claimed by the client directly from the concerned government department.

4. How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation of a service, please contact us in writing at the details below, stating your engagement details and reason for cancellation. We will confirm whether the request falls within the cancellable window under Clause 1.
